We are pleased to offer **FREE Standard Shipping** on all orders shipped within the United States.

* **Delivery Time:** Once processed, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS. 
* **Tracking:** You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

2. International Shipping (Worldwide)
We ship to customers all over the world via **USPS or UPS International**.
* **Base Rate:** $24.00 for the first item.
* **Delivery Time:** International shipping times vary by location but generally take 7–21 business days.
* **Customs, Duties, and Taxes:** Please note that **Ben's Secret Closet** is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is usually active within 24–48 hours of the label being created.

4. Damages & Lost Packages
**Ben's Secret Closet** is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
