We take great pride in our craftsmanship. Because many of our items are custom-made to your specific needs, please review our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds below.

 1. Custom-Made Items:
**All sales are final on custom-made-to order items.**
* **Manufacturing Errors:** If your item has defects due to a manufacturing error on our part please contact benssecretcloset@gmail.com 
* **Sizing Mistakes:** In the event of a customer measuring mistake, you may still qualify for a replacement; however, **Additional Charges** will apply. 
* **Contact:** To initiate a correction or for our current shipping address, please email us benssecretcloset@gmail.com**

2. Ready-to-Wear & Ready-Made Products
Returns are accepted within **7 days** of purchase for damaged or defective ready-to-wear dresses and other pre-made products.
* **Condition:** To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
* **Proof of Purchase:** We require an email receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable products
* **Underwear or intimate items** (for hygiene reasons)
* Sale items (Only regular priced items may be refunded)

4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
* **Approval:** If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
* **Late Refunds:** If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at **benssecretcloset@gmail.com **

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are **defective or damaged**. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us for the current return address.

6. Gifts
* **Direct Gifts:** If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. 
* **Indirect Gifts:** If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

7. Shipping Your Return
* **Address:** Please contact us at **benssecretcloset@gmail.com** for our current return address before sending any items.
* **Costs:** You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are **non-refundable**.
* **Insurance:** If you are shipping an item over **$75**, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
